Terms and Conditions
1.1 This offer entitles customers to 50% off the standard admission price for weekend tickets (Saturdays and Sundays only) during the Summer Holidays, from [start date] to [end date] ("the Promotional Period").
1.2 The offer is limited to the first 500 tickets sold under this promotion. Once 500 discounted tickets have been sold, the offer closes automatically — even if this happens before the end of the Promotional Period — and Standalone Farm may withdraw it at any time without notice.
1.3 This is an online-only offer, available exclusively through standalonefarm.digitickets.co.uk. In line with Standalone Farm's standard online booking terms, discounts of this kind are available in limited quantities and for limited periods only, and are not available for tickets bought on the day in person at the gate.
1.4 The discount will be applied/shown at checkout. It cannot be used alongside any other offer, discount, voucher, or Annual Pass, and once a ticket has been purchased it may not be resold.
1.5 As with all online bookings, a booking fee (currently £1.50 per transaction) will be added at checkout.
2. Eligibility and Booking
2.1 Open to all customers booking online, subject to availability.
2.2 One discount per ticket.
2.3 Tickets are valid only for the specific weekend date selected at booking and cannot be used on any other date.
2.4 Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times on site.
2.5 On completion of booking you'll receive an e-ticket confirmation by email with a barcode, which must be shown (printed, or on a smartphone) and scanned on entry. Entry may be refused without a valid ticket, or if the ticket shown is for a different date.
3. Cancellations, Refunds and Date Changes
3.1 Please check your selections carefully before completing payment — in line with Standalone Farm's standard policy, tickets are not refundable for cancellations.
3.2 Tickets can only be moved to an alternative date/time if you email info@standalonefarm.com at least 48 hours before your originally booked visit date. Standalone Farm will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change but cannot guarantee it. Please note the discounted rate applies only within the Promotional Period and while the 500-ticket allocation lasts — a moved booking may not retain the promotional price if either has expired.
3.3 Standalone Farm may need to change, withdraw, or alter bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather, animal welfare, or matters beyond its control) and will try to notify affected customers by email or phone.
4. General Rules of Entry
These promotional terms apply in addition to Standalone Farm's standard rules of entry, including:
- Visitors must follow on-site safety instructions and staff guidance at all times.
- No refunds are given for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.
- Prices are correct at the time of publishing and may change without notice; once you've paid, your price for that booking won't increase.
- Standalone Farm's liability is limited as set out in its full website Terms and Conditions, and it isn't liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, power/internet outages).
- The decisions of Farm Management are final on all matters relating to bookings and this promotion.
