Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Standalone Farm and yourself.
No contract exists between you and Standalone Farm for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Standalone Farm’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Standalone Farm will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Day Tickets
Refunds & Cancellations
Please carefully check your selections before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Standalone Farm directly via email - info@standalonefarm.com at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked to visit – the date will be on your booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit but we will make reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date.
You agree and understand that we may need to change, withdraw and alter any bookings at any time in exceptional circumstances. We will use your email address and/or telephone number to try to let you know in these instances.
Online Booking & Tickets
Once purchased tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made on the day in person.
Tickets purchased online are only valid on the date for which they were purchased.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
If you have purchased a ticket online, you will need to bring a copy of your ticket with you. The barcode on your ticket confirmation will be scanned upon entry so please either print a legible copy of your ticket confirmation, or if your email is on a smartphone, you can use that to show your ticket booking confirmation.
A £1.50 booking fee will be added to each online transaction.
Children aged 15 and under must always be accompanied by a parent on site.
Annual Passes
Standalone Farm Annual Passes are valid for use for 12 months from the date of issue, during our season and normal opening times. Last admissions are one hour before closing time (5pm).
The Annual Pass is valid only for the person named on the card and must be presented by the cardholder on arrival at the Farm. Named people on your Annual Pass cannot be changed after the date of purchase.
An Annual Family Pass is valid for two adults and up to three children. Any child who will turn the age of two years old during the period of validity for the Family Pass will be counted as one of the three children and given their own membership card.
Annual Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable and have no cash value. Annual Passes remain the property of Standalone Farm and may be withdrawn, altered or changed at any time without notice.
The personal data and identity photographs of Annual Pass holders will be held securely and not sold, disclosed please see our Privacy Policy. Refusal to have your photo placed on record may result in the application for the pass being declined.
The management of Standalone Farm reserve the right to refuse an Annual Pass to customers.
When applying for a single named pass on behalf of a child, an adults name and address must be supplied for all correspondence.
Replacement Annual Pass cards incur a £1 charge per card.
Annual Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or vouchers.
To purchase a Childminder pass applicants will need to produce a valid Ofstead card or certificate.
These terms and conditions are listed in addition to the standard rules of entry to Standalone Farm. On all matters, the decisions of the Farm Management will be final.
Covid-19
We are continually following the latest government guidance and have implemented Covid-19 secure measures through the farm, details on which can be found on our website.
Before visiting Standalone Farm please ensure you are adhering to the latest guidelines on group sizes and household mixing. The latest guidance can be found here.
We are open and can welcome as many people on site as we can safely provide a fun day out for.
Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
We kindly ask you to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions that apply when booking your party at Standalone Farm.
1. You are required to pay the full balance of your booking in order to secure your Party Booking.
2. Once the balance is paid at time of booking, you are accepting all Party Booking Terms and Conditions.
3. Following your online booking, your party is non-refundable even if fewer guests attend the party. However, if there is a genuine and reasonable reason, then we will do our very best to accommodate any changes. You will need to contact us to info@standalonefarm.com
4. Standalone Farm reserves the right to change the content of any party booking.
5. The party organiser should inform Standalone Farm of any food allergies, so that we can discuss various options if applicable. Please email info@standalonefarm.com, with your booking reference and any food allergies. We will then do our best to accommodate all allergies.
6. No outside food (except birthday cakes) are to be brought onto Standalone farm premises under any circumstances.
7. The party organiser should be aware of any allergies within the party and provide relevant party guests with the ingredients of the cake.
8. Standalone Farm reserves the right to cancel or reject any booking within the venue at any given time without prior notice or compensation.
9. Standalone Farm can cancel any booking in the event of fraud or misuse of our facilities. All bookings are sold as non-Refundable bookings but are at the business discretion in relation to proven fraud use.
10. You are welcome to leave your items in the party room whilst going around the farm however, the party room will be unattended and unsecure. Please don’t leave any valuables in there. Standalone Farm cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items.
11. There is a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 20 children for any 1 booking.
12. No alcohol is to be brought onto site during the party or any time whilst visiting, as we are a children’s venue.
13. No refunds will be given for party guests that do not attend on the day.
14. Bookings are non-refundable.
15. Music is permitted in the party room, via the use of Bluetooth speakers. Customers may bring their own Bluetooth speakers but are not allowed to plug them into the wall sockets to charge due to PAT testing policies.
16. Access to the barn is allowed 30 minutes before the start of the party, for your setup time.
Day Of Party Booking
1. The party organiser should arrive 30 minutes before the start of your party booking to greet your guests. All party guests go through the Shop to the Party Barn on arrival.
2. Please ask all guests to wear suitable clothing to the Farm, based on the weather forecast, wellies are recommended in wet weather.
3. If your guests wish to bring in extra siblings to the party that are not party guests, they will need to pay the additional adult admission price and will not have food provided for them.
4. No outside food (except birthday cakes) are to be brought into our party rooms under any circumstances.
5. It is compulsory for all parents and guardians to supervise their child/ children at all times for the duration of their stay at Standalone Farm. Standalone Farm cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents that occur due to unsupervised play.
6. During the Pigmy Goat meet we ask that customers follow the instructions of the Farmer leading the session, please ensure that Children are supervised at all times and that everyone washes their hands after the experience.
7. Bookings are non-refundable under our refund policy. No refunds will be issued for party guests that do not attend on the day.
